SUBJECT:                   ADDENDUM AND CORRIGENDUM TO DIVISION MEMORANDUM NO. 13,

S. 2018 RE: HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS) ROLL OUT

Due to procurement considerations required for this activity, the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Roll Out scheduled on January 12-14, 2018 is indefinitely postponed.

Planning Conference among the Division ICT Services Core Team shall be set at least a week before the HRIS Roll Out.

All provisions stipulated in the Division Memorandum No. 13, S. 2018 are still in effect. Wide dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
