SUBJECT:   CONSULTATIVE CONFERENCE WITH KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS CUM ORIENTATION OF PROJECT PRAISE-K (Promoting Regular Attendance for Improved and Sustained Enthusiasm of Kindergarteners)

DATE:       October 19,2018

1.       In line with the activities defined in the application Project PRAISE-K (Promoting

Regular Attendance for Improved and Sustained Enthusiasm of Kindergarteners), this Office, thru the Division Kindergarten Program coordinator, shall conduct a half day consultative conference and orientation with all the kindergarten teachers of both public and private schools on October 26, 2018 at 8:00 o’clock in the morning at Catbalogan III Central School.

2.   The objectives of the conference are the following:

a. To orient the teachers on the goals, objectives and features of Project
      PRAISE-K.

b. To discuss the activities that will be undertaken in line with the implementation
      of the project.

c. To gather information and suggestions that would better ensure effective
      execution of planned activities.

d. To develop ownership of the project among kindergarten teachers in order to
      foster success in its implementation.

e. To discuss the activities that will be undertaken relative to the 2018 Division
      Kindergarten Festival of Talents.

3.   No registration fee shall be collected. Hence, the teachers are advised to bring

their own snacks/food to the venue.

Expenses incurred by the participants relative to their attendance in this consultative conference and orientation shall be charged against local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulation.

5.   Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
