PLANNING CONFERENCE for the 2018 DIVISION SINING TANGHALAN FESTIVAL OF TALENTS

All others concerned
1. In preparation for the forthcoming Division Sining Tanghalan Festival of Talents, this
Division will conduct a planning conference on September 28, 2018 at 1:30 o’clock in the afternoon at SNS Social Hall, Catbalogan City.
2. The objectives of the planning conference are:
a. To come up with plans and proposals for the
forthcoming Division Sining
Tanghalan Festival of
Talents.
b. To present the rules and guidelines of the different contests.
c. To
organize different working committees
on the preparation
of the
different contests.
d. To discuss other related issues and concerns.
3. The participants to this planning conference are public elementary and secondary
MAPEH/SPA school/distict coordinators.
No registration fee shall be collected; hence the participants are advised to bring
their own meals/snacks which shall be charged against school MOOE funds
subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
5. This Memorandum shall serve as the Travel Order of the participants.
6. Stict compliance and wide dissemination of this Memorandum are highly desired.
