Schedule of Test Administration of Various Testing Programs

1 In conformance to Deped Order No. 55, s. 2016, this office hereby informs the field
that the Department of Education thru the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA)
shall administer the various exit assessments and other testing programs. The
schedule of the tests to be administered are
as follows:

heads and testing coordinators of the sampled schools on September 20, 2018 at
1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at LR /Conference Room, Catbalogan City Division
Office.

3. Submission of the printed copy containing the names of the teacher-examinees for Teacher’s English Proficiency Test and Process Skills Test in Science and Mathematics is on September 20, 2018 and the e-copy in Microsoft Excel Format shall be sent to aida.panis@deped.aov.ph (See attached enclosures for the sampled schools for the above mentioned tests to be conducted and the format for the listing of Grades 11 and 12 public teachers in Science and mathematics)
4. Expenses relative to the conduct of this activity and other expenses shall be charged against BEA/Local/MOOE Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
