Subject: FINAL VALIDATION OF SCHOOLS WITH CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION FOR LEVEL III SCHOOL- BASED MANAGEMENT (SBM) LEVEL OF PRACTICE
1. This office through the School Governance and Operations Division informs the concerned PSDSs and School
Heads on the final validation of schools with Certificates of Recognition for level III SBM Level of Practice on the
month of October 2018. Specific date of validation will be announced later.
2. The composition of the Regional Validating Team that will visit the schools (CNCHS, CATB. V CES & SNHS) for
the validation are listed below, to wit

Marlou D. Camposano Sonny S. Tayum Virgilia D. Dableo Den Ric M. Endriano
3. The Division SBM Coordinator, Technical Assistance (TA) Coordinator, Division School Management Monitoring
and Evaluation Unit and Public Schools District Supervisors of the Catb V & VIII Districts are encouraged to provide Technical Assistance (TA) to the schools to be validated.
4. Expenses relative to the conduct of the activity such as lei, meals, accommodation of the validators and other
related expenses are charged to School MOOE/Local Fund subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
5. Immediate dissemination and compliance of this memorandum is highly desired.
