RE-ORIENTATION OF SCHOOL HEADS AND TEACHERS ON THE CONTEXTUALIZATION PROCESS

Elementary and Secondary School Heads All Others Concerned

1.       To come up with a quality contextualized learning resources, the Learning Resource Management

Development System (LRMDS) will conduct a re-orientation on the process of contextualization on September 10, 2018 at Samar National School, Social Hall at 8:00 AM.

2.     The participants to this re-orientation are the education program supervisors, the school heads of

both elementary and secondary, one teacher of every school identified by the school head, specifically, one who has not attended any training on contextualization, and all the PSDS of the

10 districts.

3.    The following are the objectives of the re-orientation:

a.     Acquaint participants about the DLHTM, DCCM and DCLR;

b. Improve and enhance the DLHTM, DCCM and DCLR;

c.     Write a contextualized DCLR for demo teaching.

4.     Participants are requested to bring the soft copy of their CGs, DLHTM, DCCM and DCLR, their own

laptop and extension wire.

5.     No registration fee shall be collected from the participants. Everybody is enjoined to provide his

own meals and snacks during the activity.

6.     Expenses incurred relative to this activity, shall be charged against school MOOE/local fund

subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
