HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION SYSTEM (HRIS) ROLLOUT
SDO Personnel and IT Officer and some school personnel were provided training between April and May 2017 and expected to re-echo (roll out encoding) the training in the Division chargeable to EHRIS Fund.
In this regard, we will be conducting a Mass Registration for the encoding and completion of the individual PDS in the EHRIS by the teachers with the following schedules:

(Short Orientation/Mass orientation) Catbalogan I District/ ICT Coordinators Catbalogan II District/ICT Coordinators Catbalogan III District/ICT Coordinators Catbalogan IV District/ICT Coordinators Catbalogan V District/ICT Coordinators All Public Secondary Schools

• EHRIS Roll out is to collect and secure the
data of employees as necessitated by the Civil
Service
Commission (CSC) through the Personal Data Sheet (PDS).
All teachers and employees are required to reach a 100% in
the profile completion bar, and further provide their complete work experience,
learning and development;
eligibility as approved by the Personnel
Officer.
Snacks will be served during the Mass Registration.
