1. In relation to the Unnumbered Memorandum dated August 8,2018 re: Conduct ofCY 2018 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), the Division of Catbalogan City are directing all elementary and secondary schools to participate in the simultaneous conduct of the said activity on August 16, 2018 at 2:00 in the afternoon,
2. A Picto-Narrative Report shall be submitted on or before August 31, 2018 to the division.
3. School Heads, Teachers and School DRRM Coordinators are encouraged and requested to observe appropriate, suitable and systematic procedures relative to the execution of the activity and ensure safety of learners and personnel participating in the activity at all times.
4. Expenses incurred in the conduct of the said activity shall be charged to the School MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

6. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance to this division memorandum are highly directed.
