TANDAYA FESTIVALS OF FESTIVAL COMPETITION COMING FROM THE DIFFERENT

MUNICIPALITIES OF THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR

1     As the yearly tradition continues, the Provincial Government of Samar is going to

commemorate Samar Day on August 6-11, 2018, with the theme “Kultura Samarnon : Tinipigan… Iguin Paparayaw!” The festivity is highlighted with the usual fanfare like TANDAYA FESTIVALS OF FESTIVAL grand showdown of six (6) contingents from different municipalities of Samar Province on August 11, 2018, Samar Capitol Ground, Catbalogan City, Samar.

2.     In this connection, the Provincial Government of Samar requested our office for the use

of school classrooms to accommodate their contingents that will participate in the competition.

3.    The school classrooms to be used together with the assigned contingents are as follows:

* Matuguinao (150 pax)                                                    Samar National School

* Hinabangan (150 pax)                                                   Catbalogan 1 CES

*Sto. Nino (140 pax)                                                          Catbalogan 2 CES

*Calbiga (110 pax)                                                             EVRSHS

*San Jorge (100 pax)                                                         Catbalogan 3 CES

4.    The assigned school shall provide 4-5 classrooms for each contingent.

5.     Each contingent shall look after their participants and advise them not to destroy,

disarrange, vandalize and touch anything inside the room.

6.    Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
