Subject: SUBMISSION OF THE 2019 SCHOOL ANNUAL IMPLEMENTATION
PLAN, ANNUAL PROCUREMENT PLAN AND SCHOOL OPERATING
BUDGET
Date: January 9, 2019
1. The School Annual Implementation Plan (AIP), which describes how
the key improvement strategies and other significant projects are put into operation during the year and how they will be monitored, is necessary to carry out the vision and mission of the school. Annual Procurement Plan (APP). on the other hand, is a requisite document that must be prepared to reflect the necessary information on the entire procurement activities that the school plans to undertake within the calendar year. School Operating Budget (SOB) ensures the timely utilization and
maximization of resources. Thus, preparation and submission of these important documents are required.
2. Presentation of AIP, APP and SOB by the
school heads will be done by
district
at their respective district office/central school, with the presence
of their
Public Schools District Supervisors, Barangay officials and
stakeholders.
3. Checking and validation will be done by
selected division office personnel
specifically
by the Planning Officer, Supply Officer and Budget Officer at the
division
office.
4. The
following is the schedule for the submission at the division office of the
aforementioned
documents for checking and validation:
