ON-GOING PILOT TESTING OF DIVISION CONTEXTUAUZED LEARNING RESOURCE (DCLR)

Elementary and Secondary School Heads All Others Concerned
1. Relative to the Division Memorandum No. 220 s. 2018, entitled, “Pilot Testing of Developed
Division Contextualized Learning Resources (DCLR)”, this office reiterates that the pilot testing of all contextualized learning resource (lesson plans) for all grade levels across learning areas is an on-going activity of the division.
2. It is on this context that all PSDS are requested to facilitate the conduct of this activity in their
respective districts.
3. The subject area supervisor shall determine what competency/cies to be developed in the lesson
plan. Hence, PSDS are directed to see the area supervisors for technical assistance.
4. The developed DCLR shall be pilot tested in 3 to 5 schools in the division using the pilot testing
instrument from the region.
5. There shall be at least 2 observers (e.g. School Head/CID Chief/EPS Learning Area/PSDS) who
shall evaluate the lesson presented by the teacher.
6. Expenses incurred relative to this activity shall be charged against School MOOE subject to the
usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
7. This Memorandum shall serve as the Travel Order of the observers.
8. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
