Subject: ELECTION OF DIVISION FEDERATION PARENTS-TEACHERS ASSOCIATION
OFFICERS OF ALL DISTRICT/SECONDARY SCHOOLS FOR SY 2018-2019

1. Pursuant to relevant provision of DepEd Order No. 54, s. 2009 (Revised Guidelines Governing School Parents-Association at the School Level and their Federations), the field is hereby informed of the conduct of Elections of Federation Officers from among the Presidents of the School Parents-Teachers Associations (SPTA) of all Districts and Secondary Schools for School Year 2018-2019, on July 19, 2018, 3:00 PM at Catbalogan I Central School ICT Room, Catbalogan City.
2. All concerned are advised to revisit or review DepEd Order No. 77, s. 2009 Guidelines for the Conduct of Elections of the Parents-Teachers Association (PTA’s) at the school level and their federations, and DepEd Order No. 54, s. 2009 Review Guidelines Governing Teachers-Parents Association (PTA’s) at the School Level.
3. Expenses incurred in the said activities
shall be charged against School PTA Funds subject to usual
accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
