Subject: DIVISION ROLL-OUT ON RESULTS-BASED PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
SYSTEM (RPMS) FOR TEACHERS AND SCHOOL HEADS
Date: July 11, 2018
1. In the thrust of advancing quality performance, the Department of Education introduced the Results-
Based Performance Management System (RPMS) as one of the mechanisms to operationalize its
mission and vision. Hence, this Office will conduct the Division Roll-out of the RPMS for Teachers
and School Heads on July 18-20,2018 at the venue to be announced in a later issue of memorandum.
2. This activity aims to orient participants on the RPMS manual focusing on the core competencies of
teachers along with the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST), the standards set for
professional teachers under the K to 12 Curriculum.
3. The participants are the 48 School Heads, 23 Department Heads, 71 selected elementary and secondary
school Teachers, 10 Public School District Supervisors (PSDSs) and 8 Division Performance
Management Team (PMT).
4. A Registration Fee of Php 1,280.00 shall be collected from each participant to deray expenses for the
food, venue, training materials and other miscellaneous expenditures which shall be charged to school
MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
