SUBJECT:   2018     2nd   QUARTER      Cl        INTERNAL    DIVISION   MONITORING ,    EVALUATION    AND

ADJUSTMENT (DMEA)

Date:           July 2, 2018

1.       To ensure Quality Management System Implementation and adherence to standards and

policies mandated by the Department of Education, the Cum’culum Implementation Division (CID) of Catbalogan City Division shall conduct an Internal Division Monitoing, Evaluation, and Adjustment results for the 2nd Quarter of 2018 on July 2, 2018 at City Division Library Hub, Catbalogan City.

2.    The purpose of the activity are the following:

a. Establish accomplishments/performance against targets during the quarter;

b. Identify initial gains and track progress on the desired education outcomes;

c. Identify issues and concerns in the process of achieving targets; and

d. Suggest solutions’for improvement and uplift issues beyond control of Schools Division
        Office to higher officials for appropiate action.

3.     Participants are requested to bring their 1st Quarter DMEA results including MOV’s.

4.     Expenses relative to the conduct of CID Internal DMEA such as food and other training

expenses shall be charged against CID/Local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5.    Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
