SUBMISSION OF PRETEST PER LEARNING AREA ACROSS ALL GRADE LEVELS

To:     Chief Education Supervisor

Education Program Supervisors Public School District Supervisors All Others Concerned

1.              Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 200 s. 2018, entitled Orientation- Workshop on

the Conduct of Pretest/Post Test, the Learning Resource Management Development System (LRMDS) through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), requires all districts of the elementary level and all schools in the secondary level to submit the pretest/post test, together with, the Table of Specifications assigned to them to the Learning Area Supervisor on or before June 26, 2018.

2.          Please be reminded that the following should be considered in the preparation of the

pretest/post test:

a. table of specifications covering the Revised Bloom’s Taxonomy of Objectives;

b. the number of items per grade level; and

c.   the required competencies from Quarter 1 to Quarter 4.

3.          It is understood that the pretest should have been administered before the end of

June, 2018.

4.          An analysis report on the result of the pretest shall also be submitted to the Learning

Area Supervisor.

Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
