RE: GIRL SCOUTS OF THE
PHILIPPINES – SAMAR COUNCIL
DISTRICT FIELD
ADVISORS / GS COORDINATORS MEETING
To: Public Schools District Supervisors/District In-Charge
School Heads for Public Elementary* and Secondary Schools All Others Concerned
1. To reiterate, the Girl Scouts of the Philippines – Samar Council District Field Advisers/GS Coordinators
Meeting will be held on
June 22, 2018
instead of June 15, 2018
and shall be conducted at Wright I Central Elementary School, Wright I District to start at 8:00 o’clock in the morning
2. Further, the participants of this meeting are the Division GSP Coordinator, GSP FIELD ADVISERS – for the
Elementary Level (appointed in the district to coordinate GSP activities, preferably the District GSP
Coordinator) and GIRL SCOUT COORDINATORS-for the High School Level.
3. The participants are required to bring the updated monthly report of activities conducted, the
membership registration and the SMF remittance data.
4. A registration fee of One Hundred Pesos shall be charged to each participant to defray expenses for
lunch and other materials needed in the meeting.
5. The registration fee, transportation and other expenses incurred by the participants relative to the
conduct of this meeting shall be chargeable against the focal funds / MOOE / SEF of each school subject
to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
6. Widest dissemination and strict compliance of this Division Memorandum is desired.
