1. The Samar GS Council will conduct the WORKSHOP SEMINAR ON FBM and ABC PROGRAM for Troop Leaders
on July 26 – 28, 2018 at the Samar GS Council Hqs., Catbalogan City.
2. The training aims to equip the leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge in helping empower the girls
through improving their self-esteem and body confidence.
3. Participants of these training events are the Troop Leaders and New Teachers for the Elementary Level, and
for both Junior and Senior High School Levels.
4. The registration fee of Eight Hundred Pesos (PhP800.00) and the transportation expenses of the participants
shall be chargeable against the MOOE / SPED Fund / SEF of each school subject to the usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.
5. Widest dissemination and strict compliance of this Division Memorandum is desired.

Greetings! This is to inform everyone that the Workshop Seminar on Free Being Me (FBM) and Action on Body Confidence Programs for Troop Leaders will be conducted on July 26 – 28, 2018 at the Samar GS Council Hqs., Catbalogan City.

Registration Fee & Inclusions
The registration fee of PhP800.00 per paticipant shall cover food, program materials and souvenirs. Preregistration is desired to determine the number of manuals to be provided. Deadline for pre-registration is on June 29, 2018.

Arrival & Departure
The participants are expected to be at the training venue in the morning of Day 1, July 26, and leave after lunch on the last day, July 28, 2018.
Enclosed are the Reply Slip, Information Sheet and Health Form for the individual participant to accomplish.
