CC and DISTRICT FIELD ADVISORS / COORDINATORS INDUCTION
Concerned School Heads for Public & Private Elementary & Secondary Schools Distract Field Advisers/School Girl Scout Coordinators
1. The Samar GS Council will have its Induction of Council Board and District Field Advisors/GS
Coordinators on July 5,2018, to start at 8:00 o’clock in the morning at Redaja Hall, DepED Samar Division, Catbalogan City.
2. The said gathering is to impact the
leaders’ commitment in the handling of the girls and in the
implementation of the
Girl Scouting Programs.
3. Participants of this training are the GSP Division Coordinator, Public Schools District Supervisors / District
In-Charge / Principal /School Head/Administrator who are members of the council board, GSP FIELD ADVISERS and GIRL SCOUT COORDINATORS.
4. The registration fee of FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PhP500.00), the transportation and accommodation
expenses of each participant shall be chargeable against the local funds / MOOE / SEF of each school subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
5. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.

We are filled with joy welcoming each one of you to the Council Board Oath of Office and Turn-Over Ceremony and the District Field Advisers and GS Coordinators Oath of Office!
This gathering of Girl Scout leaders is a coming together of beautiful minds, loving hearts and creative hands. In this induction, we take a covenant and commit ourselves to the organization. We will share best practices that could inspire others to be better. We will craft strategies to realize goals that could influence more lives.
Therefore, let us all learn and be genuine in our service as we gather on July 6, 2018, to commit ourselves on the Council Board and DFAs/GS Coordinators Oath of Office at the Redaja Hall, Catbalogan City. Herewith are the details:
