Assignment of Monitors and Designated Room Examiners for the Administration of
      National Achievement Test (NAT) for Grade 12 for School Year 2017-2018 to

Non-Sampled Schools

TO:     Chief Education Supervisors

Education Program Supervisors

Public and Private School Heads of Senior High Schools All Others Concerned

1.     In consonance with Division Memo No.186, s. 2018 entitled Administration of the

National Achievement Test for Grade     12 for School Year 2017-2018 to Non-

Sampled Schools which will be administered on June 13-14,2018, this office hereby informs the field on the assignment of the Division monitors and identified teachers designated as Room Examiners on the conduct of the said test. (Please see

attached enclosure 1 of this memo)

2. The schedule for the distribution of Testing Materials will be in the morning of June
       12,2018.

3. This memo shall serve as official Travel Order.

4. Expenses incurred in the conduct of the said activity shall be charged to Local
      Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance of this memorandum are
      highly desired.
