1. In compliance with DepEd Memorandum No. 55, s. 2018, this office hereby informs the field of the conduct of division monitoring on school readiness on June 4, 2018, the composition of 2018 Oplan Balik Eskwela Monitoing teams shall be the same monitors under 2018 Brigada Eskwela Kick off ceremony and caravan.
2. The teams are tasked to oversee the first day of classes and the flag raising ceremony in particular in all public/pivate and secondary schools’ in SDOCatbalogan City on June 4, 2018, Please find attached copy of enclosure the composition of the 2018 School Readiness Division Monitoring Teams. This serve as Travel Authority of the monitors.
