1 Relative to the Conduct of the Ronald McDonald Read To Learn Program (Regional
Memorandum No. 204, s. 2018 ) , the Regional Office issues Regional Memorandum No. 235 , s.
2018 dated May 21, 2018 , requiring the School Heads (TIC/HT/Pincipal ) of the identified
Multigrade Schools to attend the activities on the last day of the said training on June 2, 2018 ,
12 Noon – 5 P.M at Janikka Food Center, Tacloban City.

4. There will be No Registration Fee. Meals and snacks of the participants shall be charged to the
Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Philippines. Travel and other incidental expenses
incurred by the participants relative to the conduct of the training workshop, on the other hand,
shall be charged against local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
procedures.
