1. The Department of Education, Regional Office No. VIII through the Quality Assurance Division (QAD) announces the CLOSURE of HINDANG PARISH LEARNING CENTER, INC., Area 5, Leyte Division, Region VIII with school ID No. 404672, effective SY 2018-2019. The closure of the school is thru voluntary withdrawal of Recognition under section 34 of DepEd Order No. 88 s. 2010 per communication received from Miguela A. Pi I, school administrator and indorsed by the Schools Division Superintendent of Leyte Division. Said school administrator is a 90 years old, lone survivor from among the Board of Trustees, who finds it difficult to manage the school due to health condition.
2. The Schools Division Superintendent is hereby directed to inform the school to submit all pertinent documents to the division concerned for repository/archive.
3. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum are
desired.

At present, I am the lone survivor rom among
the Board of Trustees as all others had already passed away since
then and I am already over 90 years old and find it dificult to manage the
school
because of age and health condition.
hi view hereof, I would like to request your good Ofice, the full closure of said school effective School Year 2018-2019 and operations will be stopped and no longer accept enrolees.
