SUBJECT: ORIENTATION OF BARANGAY HEALTH
WORKERS (BHW) ON THE
CONDUCT
OF HOUSEHOLD MAPPING ON MAY 3, 2018 AT
CATBALOGAN TU CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AT 1:30 P.M.
DATE: April 30, 2018
1. As one of the flagship programs of the current administration, the Alternative
Learning System (ALS) need to expand and strengthen the implementation of the programs and projects of ALS to reach more out-of-school children, youth and adult.
2. As stated in DepEd Order No. 63, s. 2017, the Catbalogan City Division through
the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) will conduct a division mapping for out-of-school children aged 5-14 years old; out-of-school youth aged 15-30 years old and out-of-school adult aged 31 years old and above in all 57 barangays in our city starting May 7-31, 2018.
3. Thus we are partnering the Catbalogan City- DILG to materialize the said activity.
The identified Barangay Health Worker who will conduct the household mapping in their respective barangays will receive an honorarium amounting Php 3,561.00 for the entire twenty (20) days household mapping.
4. No Registration Fee shall be collected room the participants. Supplies and
materials needed for the activity shall be provided by the division while transportation and snacks are agreed to be self-provision only.
5. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
