CALIBRATION OF PAGDAYAW SET OF CRITERIA

1     To continuously improve the quality of the Awards and Recognition Program of

the Division, this Office, through the Human Resource and Development (HRD) Section, will facilitate calibration of PAGDAYAW guidelines and set of criteria on April 30, 2018 Tuesday @ 9 AM at Catbalogan City Division office LR Center.

2.    This activity aims to enhance the guidelines and set of criteria used in selecting

PAGDAYAW nominees and awardees to safeguard its integrity and prestige free from any irregularities and potential biases.

3.    The participants to this activity are the following:

Francis Angelo S. Gelera – Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Maribel C. Ruedas, Ph.D. – SGOD Chief

Ma. Luz I. Orbe – CID Chief

Edgar V. Calvadores – EPS Cecilia C. Llever- PSDS

4.   Expenses to be incurred in the conduct of this activity shall be charged against

Division HRTD funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

5.   Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.
