2018 FIRST QUARTER DIVISION MONITORING, EVALUATION AND ADJUSTMENT (DMEA)

In consonance with Regional Memorandum No. 146, s. 2018 re: 2018 Quarter 1 Regional Monitoing, Evaluation and Adjustment (RMEA), this office hereby informs the field that the division shall conduct monitoring, evaluation and adjustment for the first quarter of 2018 on April 10-11, 2018. The venue shall be announced later.
The objectives of the said activity are the following:
a.
present the physical and financial accomplishments against targets during
the quarter;
b. identify initial gains and track progress on the desired education outcomes;
c. recognize, discuss implementation issues and suggest solutions for
improvement and uplift issues beyond control of Schools Division office to higher officials for appropriate actions
d. present implementation status report of Division/School’s Banner Project;
e. make necessary adjustments of outputs for the 1st quarter based on the
approved 2018 AlPs/Work plans.
3. In view thereof, it is expected that schools and districts have conducted
monitoring, evaluation and adjustment at their own level following the time frame set for the quarterly conduct of this activity and have submitted the MEA Results, school data gathering template and dashboards to their respective district supervisors.
4. The district supervisors are required to submit the consolidated MEA result
to Ma. Luz I. Orbe, Chief of Curiculum and
Implementation Division while the enhanced data gathering template,
dashboards and PAPs Status Report to Aida D. Panis or Michael P. Radomes
of School Management- M & E Section on or before April 5, 2018.

For the different sections in the Division Office, it is suggested that an Internal DMEA will be conducted from April 2-6, 2018 and prepare the MOVs. The MOVs will be validated by the following personnel:
