SUBJECT:            Monitoring of Elementary/Secondary Schools during the Conduct of Grade

VI and Grade 12 Graduation, Moving up/Completion for Grade 10 and Recognition Schedule, School Year 2017-2018

Date:              March 28, 2018

1.     In consonance with DepED Order no. 65, s. 2018 entitled “School Calendar for S.Y.

2017 – 2018 End of School Year Rites”, the Division Monitoring Team is hereby organized to monitor the conduct of the said activities.

2. The List of Assignment is found in enclosure no. 1 of the Memorandum and will serve
      as the Travel Order of the concerned confirmation officials.

3. Travel and other incidental expenses relative to the performance of their duties and
      functions shall be charge to Division/School MOOE/PTA funds subject to the usual
      accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
