Enclosed hereto is the Memorandum Circular No. 43, dated March 27, 2018 from the Office of the Executive Secretary, Office of the President, declaring the suspension of work in government offices, including government-owned and controlled corporations and local government units and classes in all public schools, state universities and colleges on March 28, 2018, starting at 12:00 o’clock noon, contents of which is self-explanatory.
