1. In preparation for Palarong Pambansa at the Province of Vigan, llocos Sur on April 15-21,2018, there will be a Division-Based concentration for Basketball Event-Secondary Boys scheduled as follows:

a. Phase I:         March 10,2018 to March 28,2018

3. Transportation of participants from their school to the division office and vice-versa shall be charged to their respective MOOE Funds subject to the availability and the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

4. Service credits and compensatory Overtime Credit      (COC) shall be granted to teachers and

Division/School Officials per DepEd Order no. 53, series of 2003 and CSC-DBM joint circular no. 2 series of 2004, respectively.

5. The management and training staff together with coaches and trainer shall ensure safety of all participants while at the training venue per DepEd Order no. 66 series of 2017, (Off-Campus Activities).

6. This Memorandum shall serve as Travel Authority of the concerned participants from the concentration training up to the final packaging of athletes and coaches preparation.

7. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this memorandum are desired.
