Administration of National Achievement Test (NAT) for Grade 12
TO: Chief Education Supervisors

School Heads of Samar National School, Silanga National High School and Samar College Senior High
1. As per notice received thru email from Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA), dated
March 7,2018 re: Sampled Schools for National Achievement Test (NATG12) for Grade 12, this office hereby informs the field that the Department of Education (DepEd) through BEA will conduct National Achievement Test for Grade 12 to sampled public and private schools nationwide on April 3-4, 2018.
2. The sampled schools for Catbalogan City Division are as follows:

3. A hundred percent attendance and participation among the grade 12 students for
the sampled schools is highly expected during the conduct of the said test.
4. A division orientation will be conducted to the school heads and testing coordinator
of the aforementioned schools on March 14, 2018 at 3rd Fir. Catbalogan City Division Office at 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon to ensure the smooth and efficient conduct of the test.
5. The following shall be discussed in the orientation:
a) Proper Conduct/administration of the test;
b) Standard Procedure in test administration;
c) Security of test materials, delivery and retrieval scheme;
d) Allocation of test materials; and
e) Utilization/Dissemination of findings/implication of results
6. Expenses incurred in the conduct of the said activity shall be charged to BEA Funds
subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
7. Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance of this memorandum are highly
desired.
