1.                   This office announces the conduct of the Second Management Committee Meeting on March 8, 2018 (venue to be announced later) to be hosted by Catbalogan V District.

2.            The following are the MANCOM Agenda:

a. Banner Project Progress Reporting;

b. SY 2017-2018 Closing and Promotional Activities;

c. SY 2018-2019 Hiring of Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel;

d. FY 2018 Physical Facilities Allocation;

e. Numeracy/Reading Status Repot; and

f.     Other matters

3.             School heads are advised to prepare a power point presentation on Banner Project progress

as well as status report on numeracy and reading.

4.             A registration fee of P 750.00 shall be collected from the paticipants to defray expenses for

food, accommodation and other incidental expenses chargeable to local/MOOE funds subject to the

usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
