This activity is aimed to come up with a desired synchronization and prioritization of all programs and projects undertaken by all division personnel and employees, envisioned for the orderly delivery of the same.

Likewise, this undertaking is intended to come up with a Focus Group Discussion on the office processes and protocols to be adopted to facilitate every transaction between and among office/unit/section.

3.   The Agenda of the meeting are as follows:

• Recalibration of office processes and protocols;

• Update on all pertinent local/national policies;

• Other matters.

4. The activity is scheduled on February 28, 2018. The venue will be communicated
      in due time.

5. Expenses incurred in connection with this activity shall be chargeable to Local
      Funds/Division MOOE, subject to existing accounting rules and regulations.
