Subject:                  2018 SCHOOLS DIVISION TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE (TA) PLAN

Date:                       January 26,2018

1.     Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 019, s. 2018 re: 2018 Schools Division Technical Assistance (TA) Plan, the

members of the Division Field Technical Assistance Composite Team (DFTACT) are reminded of the following activities:

a.      Crating of the 2018 TA Plan by the Division Field Technical Assistance Composite Team (DFTACT);

b. Organization/reorganization of DFTACT members with the Terms of Reference, Special Orders, and Area
      assignment/District/Cluster/Schools.

c.     Orientation/reorientation on the Contextualized Technical Assistance Mechanism and framework for the new

members of the DFTACT; and

d. Initial planning for the contextualization and documentation of the entry/ies for 2018 Search for Innovative,
      Effective, and Best Practices on TA provision.

2.     The Chief of the SGOD & CID Chief, Education Supervisors, Education Program Supervisors and Unit/Section

Heads are enjoined to attend the reorientation on TA Mechanism comes Tuesday, January 30,2018 at the venue to be announced later.

3.     The DFTACT members are requested to craft their respective TA plans which will then be consolidated by the

Division TA Coordinator for the approval of the Schools Division Superintendent.

4.      The Approved Division TA Plan for 2018 must be submitted to the Regional Office c/o FTAD on or before the 2nd

week of February 2018.

5.      The Regional Field Technical Assistance Division (FTAD) personnel will visit this Division stating the month of

January 2018 to provide technical assistance and monitor compliance with the above cited activities and the

implementation of the Division TA Plan.

6.      Attached herewith is the template for the 2018 Division TA Plan for reference and guidance

7.      Immediate dissemination and compliance of this Memorandum is desired.
