1.           Everybody is reminded on the wearing of DepEd official uniform, office ID, and black

shoes when reporting for work to this Office during work days.

2.           The conditions in Office Memorandum No. 005, s. 2017 dated February 13, 2017 are

still enforced.

3.          Immediate dissemination of and strict compliance with this Memorandum are desired.
