1.                        Per DepED Memorandum No. 205, s. 2017 dated 20 Dec 2017, Mr. Joel S. Erestain has been issued an appointment by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte as Director IV, Department of Education, vice Aida N. Carpentero. He has taken his oath and assumed the duties and responsibilities of Director IV, Procurement Management Service, effective December 1, 2017.

2.               In view thereof, all papers for the signature of Director Erestain shall be prepared

in the following manner

1.           For the information and guidance of all concerned, Mr. Joel S. Erestain has been issued an appointment by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte as Director IV, Department of Education, vice Aida N. Carpentero. Enclosed is a copy of his appointment signed by the President and transmitted by the Executive Secretary.

2.         Mr. Erestain has taken his oath and assumed the duties and responsibilities of Director IV, Procurement Management Service, effective December 1, 2017. He shall report directly to Assistant Secretary Revsee A. Escobedo.

3.        All papers for the signature of Director Erestain shall be prepared in the
