Subject:            CONDUCT OF SPORTS CLINIC IN GYMNASTICS

Date:                December 17,2018

1.      This is to inform the field of the conduct of a Three -day Sports Clinic in Gymnastics sports discipline on December 17-19,2018 at SNS, Social Hall, Catbalogan City.

2.     The objectives of the Sports Clinic are as follows:

• To train and develop the skills and capabilities of the Gymnastics Coaches
      and Athletes in preparation for the 2019 EVRAA Meet.

• To enhance the Gymnastics skills of the CCAA 2018 selected Athletes.

• To train and organize the RG, MAG & WAG Coaches & Athletes in order to
      execute properly for winning capability.

3.     The participants are ail selected coaches, athletes and officiating officials including the Tournament Managers of MAG, WAG & RG, respectively.

4.   This Memorandum shall serve as Travel Authority of the participants.

5.   Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
