SUBJECT:      ADDENDUM AND CORRIGENDUM TO THE DIVISION MEMORANDUM NO. 430, SERIES 2018 ENTITLED: CONDUCT OF THE SIXTH (6th) DIVISION CONVERGENCE OF EDUCATION LEADERS (CEL) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2018

This is to inform all concened of the additional information as well as the corrections of certain provisions of the previously issued Division Memorandum No. 430, series 2018 with above-cited title that the new date of conduct of the 6,h Division Convergence of Education Leaders (CEL) is set on 18-19 December 2018 at Hotel Rodolfo. Sto. Nino St., Tacloban City.

The participants are likewise enjoined to prepare presentations by district relevant to the season which shall be presented during the program for the Fellowship Night on the 18th of December 2018 (Tuesday).

In order to facilitate for the smooth conduct of the CEL, the participants are hereby instructed to pre-register and pay their registration fees in advance to the Cash Section of the Schools Division Office.

All other provisions cited in the previously issued Division Memorandum are still in force and in effect.

Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
