1.        In line with the implementation of the Enhanced Computerized Office         (ECO) System, Cash System is an

introduction to another innovative solution designed to assess the division specifically under the Cash Section to deliver a more effective and efficient working process. Considering the importance in enhancing the knowledge and skills on Basic Cashiering Management, this Division planned to benchmark on the Cash System as implemented in DepEd Central Office on January 23-24,2018.

2.     The activity aims to:

a.     Improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the workload of cashiering activities

b.     Automated work procedure from the receipt of data up to the repot making process

c.     Electronic data storage

d.     Ease of access in the query of cash related data

3.     The participants in this activity are the following:

4.     Transport/ Traveling expenses, meals/ snacks and other incidental expenses incurred by the participants

relative to the activity shall be charged against division MOOE and other local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
