REORIENTATION- WORKSHOP ON MEA TECHNOLOGY CUM QATAME PILOT
                                                    IMPLEMENTATION

Public and Private Elementary and Secondary School Heads All others concerned

1    To ensure the institutionalization of Quality Management System and strengthen its implementation in the schools both public and private, this office hereby informs the field that there will be a Reorientation-Workshop on MEA Technology Cum QATAME Pilot Implementation on November 27-29, 2018. The venue shall be announced later.

2.   The activity aims to:

a. Re-orient   technically   the   distict   supervisors   and   school   heads   in   the
      implementation of Quality Management System;

b. Utilize the M & E data gatheing tool properly;

c. Make an in depth analysis for quantitative and qualitative data gathered;

d. Provide technical assistance for the actual conduct of school monitoring,

evaluation and adjustment (SMEA);

e. Capacitate the participants on how to use and create google forms;

f.      Apply learning on data gathering, data analysis, providing feedback and results and report preparation using the existing QAME processes and tools. Participants to the said activity are the Public School District Supervisors of the ten (1 0) Districts, Public and Private Elementary and Secondary School Heads. No proxy is allowed.

Every participant is required to bring the following:
       Laptop and extension wire

• SDGT for Quarter 4
V Teacher’s M & E Report

5.   No registration fee will be collected from the participants. They will be provided with meals and 2 snacks (Lunch and snacks in the morning and in the afternoon) for the three-day duration charged to HRTD Fund.

6. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this memorandum are desired.
