SUBJECT: CASCADING OF LEARNING ON THE USE OF DEPED PARTNERSHIPS
DATABASE SYSTEM (DPDS) CUM SCHOOL PARTNERSHIPS
MANAGEMENT AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS TRAINING

1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum OU-LAPSS No. 505, s. 2018 re: Memorandum on the Cascading of Learning on the Use of the DepEd Partnership Database System (DPDS), informs the field of the conduct of the orientation on November 26, 2018 at Tia Anitas Building, 2nd floor, Catbalogan City.
2. The objectives of this activity is to enhance the participant’s capability in Partnership Management and on the use of DPDS using the online reporting system and uploading the partnerships data in preparation for the adoption of the DPDS beginning first quarter of FY 2019.
3. The participants of this activity are the following:
• 50 ASP/BE Elementary School Coordinators
• 8 ASP/BE Secondary School Coordinators
• 48 ASP/BE Public Elementary School Heads
• 8 ASP/BE Public Secondary School Heads
4. For an effective learning approach, participants are required to bring the following:
Laptops
Email address only of school/school head f.deped.gov.ph) to serve the username
Extensions cords
Pocket wifi router (online updating)
Adopt-A-School Repot (1st to 3rd quarter)
5. There is No registration fee. Meals will be serve one snack in the morning, lunch, and another snack in the afternoon. This Memorandum shall serve as Authority to Travel of the participants.
6. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum
is desired.
