1. This Division, through the Curriculum Implementation Division, announces the 2018 Division
Search for Most Funfonaf and Effective YES-O Implemented
2. The Youth for Environment in School Organization (YES-O) as the only recognized cohoutcuIot environmental club or organization in the schools and coealdattes all other and/or ecology clubs or organization in school with main and primary programs or projects for the environment or ecology in the said organization.
3. The Search wil serve as a significant venue for pupils and students’ actions and movements
toward safeguarding and conserving the environment for future generations and this also aims to bestow honor upon the teaching profession by accaralhg special recognition to teachers and school heads who manifest profound commitment to the development of the youth through establishing specific and doable programs, projects and activities to address issues and concerns on the environment and ecology.
4. The Search is open to all elementary and secondary schools. Each district or school shall represent the Division Search. The division winners in both categories will receive Certificate of Recognition and a trophy.
5. Expenses incurred relative to the Search shall be charged against local/school MOOE funds subject or the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
6. The specific Guidelines/criteria for the 2018 Division Search for Most Functional and Effective YES-O Implementer is in the attached enclosure.
7. Immediate dissemination and compliance of this memorandum are earnestly desired.
